• Return Window: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving the item (Australia) / 30 days for international orders.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from wear or damage.
• Non-Returnable Items:
--Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
--Sale/Discounted Items: Final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

• Customer Responsibility
If you return or exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, wrong purchase), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Wonder Pearl Responsibility (Faulty/Incorrect/Damaged)
If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, Wonder Pearl will cover the return or exchange shipping cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos so we can arrange a prepaid label (AU) or provide instructions (international).
• International Returns
For all international returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please use a trackable service; Wonder Pearl is not responsible for lost or untraceable parcels. Duties and import taxes paid to your local carrier are non-refundable.
• How to Send
Use the original packaging where possible and include your order number. Once your return is approved, please ship the parcel within 7 days and share the tracking number with us at support@wonderpearl.com.au.
