Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over AUD 120 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under AUD 120 are charged a flat rate of AUD 8. Express shipping (AUD 15) is available at checkout for faster delivery.
For international orders, a flat shipping rate of AUD 29 applies. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
How long will delivery take?
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Within Australia: 2–7 business days
- International orders: typically 6–15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Please note that earrings and sale items are non-returnable.
Which items are not eligible for return?
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty)
• Sale or discounted items
Who pays for return shipping?
- For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item, or sizing issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For faulty items, incorrect orders, or items damaged in transit, Wonder Pearl will cover the return shipping costs.
- For international returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping and is advised to use a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Yes. Every Wonder Pearl piece is handmade using pearls I personally select.

What metals do you use?
We use 925 sterling silver, finished with high-quality 18k gold plating.
Will the jewelry tarnish?

Where are your pieces crafted?
All Wonder Pearl pieces are carefully handmade using pearls I personally select.
We work in small batches to ensure each piece maintains its quality, character, and uniqueness.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, eligible Australian customers can use Afterpay to split payments into four interest-free instalments. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.
